PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body surface state model substrate used as a simplified damaged hair model suitable for evaluating the surface state of a living tissue, especially damaged hair such as colored damage hair, its manufacturing method, a simplified evaluation method of the living body surface state using the substrate, a damaged hair reforming effect screening method using the substrate, a cationic aggregate acquired by the screening method, and hair cosmetics including the cationic aggregate.;SOLUTION: This living body surface state model substrate comprises at least the substrate 1 and a coating for covering the substrate. The living body surface state model substrate is constituted so as to have characteristics described as follows: the coating comprises at least one or a plurality of first coating domains 2 and one or a plurality of second coating domains 3; phase separation is performed between the first coating domains and the second coating domains mutually; and the first coating domains are hydrophobic and the second coating domains are hydrophilic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
