PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monetary gift envelope for celebration or condolence, which has a function of attaching a message thereto when the monetary gift is handed for expressing celebration or condolence.;SOLUTION: The monetary gift envelope with a message card, for celebration or condolence, is formed like a folded card.
