PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a repeatable primate animal model of human micro-brain vascular damage mainly of lesion of white matter. PSOLUTION: The invention is completed by forming ischemia at an arbitrary region of the cerebral neocortex of a primate animal by administering a photosensitive pigment to peripheral blood of the nonhuman primate animal and directly and locally irradiating the region of the cerebral cortex at which the lacunar cerebral infarction is required to be caused with a cold lamp to locally blockage the capillary vessel in the brain, and, as a result, revealing that the nonhuman primate disease animal model of the human lacunar cerebral infarction can be provided.
