LASER WELDING EQUIPMENT, LASER WELDING SYSTEM, AND LASER WELDING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding equipment capable of changing the spot diameter at a laser beam focusing point without depending on the focal distance. PSOLUTION: The laser welding equipment has a first lens 31 to converge and focus laser beams to a focusing point, a second lens 32 to diffuse the laser beams incident on the first lens 31, and a third lens 33 to prevent diffusion of laser beams led from a laser beam oscillator and lead the laser beams to the second lens 32. The focal distance is changed by changing the diffusion angle and the luminous flux width of laser beams incident on the first lens by changing the mutual distance between the first to third lenses 31-33, and thus the spot diameter is changed at the focusing point without depending on the focal distance.
