PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding equipment in which optical fibers are freely movable. PSOLUTION: The laser welding equipment comprises a parabolic mirror 101 to reflect laser beams in the predetermined direction, and a ball joint 102 which holds the laser beam exiting end 61 of optical fibers 6 at the focal position of the parabolic mirror 101, and holds the optical fibers 6 so that the optical fibers can be freely moved and turned with the laser beam exiting end 61 as a supporting point. The optical fibers 6 can be freely moved irrespective of the movement of a laser beam machining head 3, and the laser beam irradiation direction is maintained to be always fixed by the parabolic mirror 101.
