PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic toll collection on-vehicle device and a computer-readable program for an electronic toll collection on-vehicle device that, even once an IC card is removed, facilitate the insertion of a correct IC card.;SOLUTION: The electronic toll collection on-vehicle device compares discrimination information for an IC card inserted at an entry tollbooth and discrimination information for an IC card reinserted between the entry and exit to determine whether or not both information pieces match, and if both information pieces do not match, notifies the IC card insertion error according to identification information for the IC card inserted at the entry.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
