PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital photographing device which selects the optimum shooting time, being the technical problem required to be solved, and which not only retains the functions of a typical photographing device but also determines instantaneously the optimum shooting time to shoot.;SOLUTION: The digital photographing device includes a camera head, a memory circuit and a signal processor, wherein the signal processor includes a series-interconnected human face detecting model, an eye and mouth locating model, and a wink and mouth opening judgment model, wherein the human face detecting model reads an digital image outputted by the memory circuit and after locating the human face, sends the result into the eye and mouth locating model, and after locating the position of the eye and mouth, the eye and mouth locating model sends a corresponding result to the wink and mouth opening judgment model. Although the wink and mouth opening judgment model outputs the judged result, a control circuit is used to send out a photographing control command as the judged result of the wink and mouth opening judgment model is the optimum shooting time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
