PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem how to stabilize with high accuracy in a short time the temperature of an electronic component molded of an electric insulating coating material, how to hold with high accuracy the temperature constantly thereafter, and how to stabilize with high accuracy an outputted high-voltage of a DC high-voltage power supply device. PSOLUTION: This electronic component device comprises a heat-conduction material means improved in conductivity that covers the external surface of a molded product formed by coating the electronic component with the electric insulation coating material; a temperature control means that is arranged on the external surface of the heat-conduction material means, and controls the temperature of the heat-conduction material means; and a temperature detection means that is arranged on the external surface of the heat-conduction material means, and detects the temperature of the heat-conduction material means. The electronic component device controls the temperature of the temperature control means, by constantly keeping the temperature of the heat-conduction material means, and by stabilizing the operation of the electronic component.
