PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an actual operation area in which a system makes devices perform a running control action and an alarm action.;SOLUTION: When there is a junction and an intersection in the direction that a driver's vehicle travels, and even when a plurality of pieces of information on roads ahead are generated in correspondence with a plurality of candidate roads to enter ahead of the junction and the intersection, a system for transmitting information on a road ahead 1 judges whether the plurality of pieces of the generated information on roads ahead are alike or not. If their being alike is detected, the system transmits any one of the pieces of information on roads ahead to running control devices 8-11 and an alarm device 12, and makes them perform a running control action and an alarm action for the road ahead of the junction and the intersection, thereby expanding the actual operation area in which the system makes the devices actually perform the running control action and the alarm action.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
