PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device realizing high luminescent efficiency, while preventing electrical short-circuitings among the electrodes facing each other.;SOLUTION: This organic EL light-emitting device has a first pixel 10 provided with a fist organic EL element, emitting light, having an emission peak wavelength λ1, and a second pixel 20 provided with a second organic EL element emitting light, having an emission peak wavelength λ2 on a support substrate 100. The emission peak wavelength λ2 is a wavelength longer than the wavelength λ1, and the first and second organic EL elements are elements formed by laminating at least light reflective electrodes 11, 21, organic light-emitting medium layers, and light semitransmissive electrodes, in this order in the light extracting direction, and m1 and m2, defined by Formula (1): mX=2LX/λX+ϕX/2π, satisfy the relation m2+1.3m1m2+0.7.
