PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a configuration for preventing polymer being a material of a constituent member of this device from melting and preventing oil or grease applied on a surface of a plastic-made bearing constituent member being another constituent member from melting.;SOLUTION: This device for treating several basic material pieces by high pressure by a piece system or a batch system by treatment medium in supercriticality or near criticality is provided with a first pressure chamber, a piping system for supplying treatment medium into a pressure chamber under high pressure and discharging it to the outside of the pressure chamber, and an electric motor fixed to a housing in the first pressure chamber or a second pressure chamber connected with the first pressure chamber to drive an actuator to apply dynamic action to the treatment medium. This device is constituted by covering winding of the electric motor using a shutting-off material having resistance to a specific treatment medium and using a bearing capable of dispensing with lubricant for an output shaft of the electric motor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
