PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable aqueous dispersion giving a coating film having biodegradability, transparency, water resistance, adhesiveness to a substrate film and antiblocking property as well as antistatic property and provide a biodegradable laminated film produced by laminating the biodegradable aqueous dispersion. PSOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion is produced by dispersing a polylactic acid resin and ultrafine tin oxide particles in an aqueous medium. The aqueous dispersion is a biodegradable aqueous dispersion containing 30-2,000 pts.mass of the ultrafine tin oxide particles based on 100 pts.mass of the polylactic acid resin.
