PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeble light imaging optical system capable of detecting feeble emitted light emitted from the specified part of a living cell or the like, a microscopic device equipped with the same and a microscopic system equipped with the microscopic device.;SOLUTION: The feeble light imaging optical system 1 is equipped with an infinity correction type objective 2, an image forming lens 3 and an imaging means 4, and can detect feeble light from an object 6. Assuming that the parfocal distance of the objective 2 is D and the numerical aperture of the image forming lens 3 is NA', the optical system 1 satisfies a following conditional expression: 5≤D×NA'≤30. Desirably, assuming that a distance from the rim position 5 of the objective 2 to the surface of the image forming lens 3 nearest to the object side is varied, and such a variable amount is W and the focal distance of the image forming lens 3 is FL, the optical system 1 satisfies a following conditional expression: 0.5FLW1.2FL. Much more desirably, the optical system 1 satisfies a following conditional expression: 0.4D/FL51≤D/Φd3, provided that Φd is the outside diameter of the rim of the objective 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
