PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lactic acid bacterium functional tea, a lactic acid bacterium functional tea extract and a tea leaf dried product each excellent in taste, flavor and economical cost, containing a large amount of functional substances such as lactic acid bacteria and γ-aminobutyric acid produced by lactic acid bacteria, and contributing to health improvement of a drinker.;SOLUTION: The lactic acid bacterium functional tea is produced by adding water to tea leaves and intentionally inoculating lactic acid bacteria to the hydrated product followed by fermenting. The lactic acid bacterium functional tea extract is produced by separating and removing tea leaves from the lactic acid bacterium functional tea.
