PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an erroneous recognition and improve a detection rate of fraudulent players.;SOLUTION: A face recognition server 6 accumulates face pictures of fraudulent players, a camera 3 photographs the face picture of an incomer, when a photographed face picture is not collated yet with the face pictures of the fraudulent players, the face recognition server 6 collates the face picture of the incomer with the accumulated face pictures of the fraudulent players, a person tracking server 5 obtains position information of the incomer and associates the photographed face picture with the position information of the incomer, an integrated monitoring server 7 controls the position information associated with the face picture, the face picture and the collation result as a table and, when the collation result in the table is a fraudulent player, notifies the incoming of the fraudulent player.
