PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece clamping device capable of arranging a test piece at an optional time in a state that the test piece is held by holding pieces using one arranging mechanism and capable of certainly arranging the test piece without being affected by an environment such as a test temperature or the like, and a testing machine equipped with it. PSOLUTION: The holding pieces 10a and 11a capable of approaching and separating mutually are provided left and right in an up and down opposed state and arranging pawls 30 and 31 capable of approaching and separating mutually in a forward and rearward direction along either one of the upper and lower holding pieces to be connected to an air chuck 32 being a drive device through arms 30a and 31a.
