PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low gas-permeable rubber material having inactivity to a phosphoric acid compound and metallic ion and without containing sulfur, a low gas-permeable tube, a liquid-cooling type electronic instrument by using the low gas-permeable tube as a liquid passage tube for cooling liquid and an ink tube.;SOLUTION: This low gas-permeable rubber material is obtained by vulcanizing a non-halogen butyl rubber by an organic peroxide. The low gas-permeable rubber material is obtained by vulcanizing unvulcanized rubber containing the non-halogen butyl rubber with the organic peroxide and does not contain sulfur, a halogen, and zinc oxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
