APPARATUS FOR DRAWING FINE PATTERN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NOZZLE HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for drawing a fine pattern for delivering fine liquid droplets and drawing the fine pattern by providing a needle electrode in an electrostatic type inkjet printer, and to provide its method.;SOLUTION: A nozzle head 10 is provided with a reservoir 12 for storing a delivering liquid therein. In addition, the needle electrode 11 is provided in such a way that it is projected toward a drawing plane 20 from a center of an opening part 15 provided in this reservoir 12. Then, on the delivering liquid in the reservoir 12, the pressure is controlled by using a pressure generating means. It is thereby possible to hold the delivering liquid flowing out from the opening part 15 of the reservoir 12 on the surface of the needle electrode 11. Thereafter, a voltage is applied on the needle electrode 11 and the reservoir 12 to generate an electric field between them.
