PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA conjugate suitably separating a DNA sample and responsive to a plurality of objective DNAs in a short time even without searching for the optimum electrophoretic conditions by complicatedly combining the amount of a binding controlling agent, the viscosity of a linear polymer, the amounts, etc., of the DNA sample and DNA conjugate for each sequence of the objective DNAs which are the objects of detection.;SOLUTION: The DNA conjugate is composed of an electrophoretically non-migrating substance, a universal joint bound to the electrophoretically non-migrating substance and having a sequence non-complementary to the base sequence of the DNA sample and a DNA probe composed of a first probe part having a sequence complementary to the base sequence of the universal joint, a spacer part having a sequence non-complementary to the base sequence of the DNA sample and the base sequence of the universal joint and a second probe part having the base sequence complementary to the base sequences of the objective DNAs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
