PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic impact pulverizer which uses jet air flow and provides a toner having a small grain size and a high sharpness of a grain size distribution, and a method for manufacturing an electrostatic charge image developing toner of the small grain size and the high sharpness of the grain size distribution with which an image of high image quality can be obtained by using the pulvereizer.;SOLUTION: The pneumatic impact pulverizer is equipped with a jet nozzle for jetting a jet air flow to a pulverization chamber, a jet air flow path for supplying a material to be pulverized to the jet air flow, and an impact plate provided in a position facing the jet nozzle, wherein the edge of the impact plate is chamfered. In addition, the toner particles obtained by subjecting a raw material containing at least a resin and a colorant to melt kneading and cooling are pulverized by the pulverizer, thereby forming the fine grain toner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
