PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage distribution circuit and a word line voltage generation circuit including the same.;SOLUTION: The voltage distribution circuit of this invention includes a 1st resister connected between an output voltage node and a distribution voltage node, two or more pieces of 2nd resisters connected in parallel between the distribution voltage node and the ground, and a selection means. The two or more pieces of 2nd resisters are sequentially selected in response to step control signals which are sequentially activated. Then, to reduce the sum of the parasitic capacitance existing in the 2nd resisters, the selection means allows only a part of the resisters including the selected resister among the 2nd resisters to be connected to the 1st resister every time the step control signal is applied. By the voltage distribution circuit of this invention, the influence of the parasitic capacitance existing in the two or more pieces of 2nd resisters can be reduced. Thus, the word line voltage generation circuit including the voltage distribution circuit can supply stable word line voltage to memory cells.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
