PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently extracting active components contained in Sasa albo-marginata.;SOLUTION: The method comprises adding a specified quantity of mineral-containing depurant water to dried Sasa albo-marginata of a raw material, performing ultrasonic treatment, boiling the raw material to separate boiled liquid and raw material Sasa albo-marginata, applying electron to the boiled raw material Sasa albo-marginata in the presence of plant-derived quinones, flavonoids, protease and an organic solvent and keeping for a predetermined term to extract and isolate the active components contained in the Sasa albo-marginata, mixing the separated boiled liquid with the extracted and isolated liquid and performing sterilization and filtration to prepare.
