PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adjust display colors on a display based on difference of colors by eyes of an observer. PSOLUTION: Input of representative display colors of the display is received, and basic correspondence relation between the image data and the display colors is defined. The device includes a basic relation creation part which creates combination of a matrix and a γ curve; an adjustment table creation part which creates a correspondence table which shows correspondence relation of colors before and after the adjustment in color adjustment in which color adjustment of the display colors is at least specified according to a hue, and the specified color adjustment is unified; and a profile creation part which combines the matrix, the γ curve, and the correspondence table, and creates the profile.
