PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption enhancing method, a percutaneous absorption enhancing apparatus, and useful material inclusions which can enhance percutaneous absorption of useful materials by using micro-bubbles.;SOLUTION: A bath 10 equipped with a micro-bubble generator as the percutaneous absorption enhancing apparatus is equipped with a container (bathtub 30) holding a liquid (warm water) containing the useful materials and the micro-bubble generator 20 generating micro-bubbles in the liquid (warm water) in the bathtub 30 to generate micro-bubbles in the warm water in the bathtub 30 using the micro-bubble generator 20.
