PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for two-dimensional cataphoresis capable of easily and uniformly adding a sample to one-dimensional gel and also easily performing the two-dimensional cataphoresis with one support substrate in a two-dimensional cataphoresis method, a sample injection tool used for it, and the two-dimensional cataphoresis method using it. PSOLUTION: The sample injection tool used for the two-dimensional cataphoresis method comprises a flat injection tool body 12, a slot-like sample injection port 14 that is disposed in the injection tool body 12 and of which inner wall undergoes hydrophilic processing, and a dry gel 16 for one-dimensional cataphoresis disposed on the bottom of the injection port 14.
