PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified electromagnetic shielding system using an electromagnetic shielding tape or an electromagnetic shielding gasket for closing a gap in a metal panel, wherein electromagnetic waves from an electronic apparatus are steadily shielded even when the metal panel has angular sections.;SOLUTION: In this simplified electromagnetic shielding method for closing a gap in a metal panel 1 by using an electromagnetic shielding tape 2, variation is reduced in electromagnetic shielding performance relative to the electromagnetic wave frequency, even when the metal panel 1 contains angular sections, by adjusting the distance (d) between a junction 3 and the angular section parallel with and the nearest to the junction 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
