PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sporting gear with a simple structure for eliminating the underexercising of legs in sitting, having a high degree of freedom in an exercising direction.;SOLUTION: The sporting gear for shaking legs in sitting includes a rotary support body at substantially the center of a top part in supporter frame bodies which are erected on each base. Hanging tools are hung down from the support body part and a placement board is arranged at the lower distal end of each hanging tools.
