LEAKAGE OIL DETECTING DEVICE OF UNDERGROUND TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage oil detecting device of an underground tank that can be installed in a short time by simple work using a gas detecting pipe used in an existing leakage oil detecting device, can safely and certainly obtain the leakage oil with a leakage sensor, and facilitates maintenance work by removing a protective cover over a terminal case.;SOLUTION: The leakage oil detecting device comprises the gas detecting pipe 11 laid in the ground near an underground tank, the leakage sensor 13 of swelling resistance varying type arranged so that one end side is positioned in the gas detecting pipe 11 and the other end side is positioned in a detection opening 12 of the gas detecting pipe 11 near the surface of the earth, a terminal case 20 having a terminal chamber 21 that is arranged near the detection opening 12, receives the other end side of the leakage sensor 13, and is connected to a controller 40 for leakage oil detection through a signal line, and the protective cover 15 that covers an upper part of the leakage sensor 13 near the detection opening 12 and seals the upper surface of the terminal chamber 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
