EXPLOSION-PROTECTION-READY CONTROL TERMINAL AND MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING IT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosion-protection-ready control terminal which corresponds to objects of a product and material to which tags can not be directly added, and which can manage the production process of each product even in an environment needing explosion protection, and to provide a manufacturing management system using the terminal. PSOLUTION: The manufacturing management system issues instructions for a production process to be processed sequentially, based on a production plan for each lot of each product under production management. The manufacturing management system includes a unique information recording section for recording, in a tag attached to the lot, lot information including a lot number and a product type, a lot database in which the lot information and the production plan of the lot are recorded, the explosion-protection-ready terminal for which a data reader corresponds to an explosion protection environment provided for each process, and a production information server which issues instructions for the next process after inputting of production process information and the unique information on the lot from the control terminal and by referring to the production plan of the lot in the lot database.
