PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port loading and unloading crane control device and a port loading and unloading crane system capable of effectively using natural energy.;SOLUTION: This port loading and unloading crane control device is provided with a converter device 2, an inverter device 3, an alternating current motor 4 for driving a crane main operation mechanism, and an alternating current motor driving operation switch 5a that is closed when driving the motor, and alternating current power is supplied to an auxiliary machine load, and the converter device and the inverter device are provided with re-generating functions. The port loading and unloading crane control device is also provided with a direct current generator 7 connected to the secondary side of the converter device to convert natural energy to electric energy and to supply it to a direct current circuit provided on the secondary side of the converter device, a diode 8 for preventing the reverse flow of direct current power obtained by the direct current generator, a direct current generator switch 5b for switching operations between a time when loading and unloading and a time when using power generated by natural energy, and a storage battery 9 connected to the secondary side of the converter device to store the direct current generating power by natural energy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
