PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a foreign language education system through which a student can select a favorite teacher and favorite items and learn according to a convenient learning schedule by using the Internet.;SOLUTION: An education engine is mounted by using languages such as C and JAVA(R) generally used on Internet servers at present and techniques of Web etc. An education designing engine for embodying education methodology for teachers is education content setting software in time units.
