PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush drawing tool having improved durability by eliminating the falling deformation of the flange of an outer cylinder during drawing a bush, increasing dimensional precision and giving no dispersion during assembly.;SOLUTION: The bush drawing tool comprises a drawing top having a hole 6 in which the bush 5 having an inner cylinder 2, an elastic member 3 and the outer cylinder 4 arranged concentrically from inside to outside in sequence is inserted and held, a taper 7 on the outer peripheral face and a plurality of split bodies 8 split in the axial direction of the hole 6, and a drawing jig 12 having a taper 11 on the inner peripheral face of a hole 10 for drawing the diameter of the outer cylinder 4 of the bush 5 while moving the split bodies 8 in their radial direction in cooperation with the taper 7 of the drawing top 9. A stopper 14 is provided on the drawing jig 12 for restricting the deformation of the flange 13 of the outer cylinder 4 of the bush 5 inserted and held in the drawing top 9 during drawing. This eliminates the falling deformation of the flange, increases the dimensional precision and gives no dispersion during assembly to improve adhesiveness and durability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
