PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for accurately counting megakaryocytes.;SOLUTION: In this method, erythrocyte in a sample containing the megakaryocyte is lysed, a nucleic acid in the megakaryocyte is stained with a fluorescent dye to prepare a measuring sample, a cell in the measuring sample is irradiated with an excitation light to detect the forward-scattered light, side-scattered light and fluorescence, which are emitted from the cell, and the megakaryocytes are identified based on the detected forward scattered light, the side-scattered light and the fluorescence, so as to count the identified megakaryocytes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
