PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net auction system, a net auction method and a net auction management apparatus, where an auction may be provided with a game property furthermore as compared with conventional methods.;SOLUTION: If only one price range where the number of bidder is one exists, the net auction management apparatus 5 determines the bidder of the price range where the number of bidders is one as a successful bidder independently of the bid price of the bidder. Thereby even when a bidder desiring to surely bid an exhibited commodity exists in the net auction system 1, the bidder may not simply bid the commodity only by presenting a bid price higher than bid prices which may be presented by other bidders and the bidder is required to determine a bid price while estimating the tendency of bid prices presented by other bidders, so that the bidder is allowed to surely use psychological bargain with other bidders at the time of determining his (or her) own bid price of the commodity and the auction may be provided with a game property furthermore as compared with conventional methods.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
