PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide DNA fragments containing a plurality of human immunoglobulin V_H genes or a novel human immunoglobulin V_H gene, furthermore, vectors containing the gene or transformed cells containing the vector.;SOLUTION: Disclosed are a novel human immunoglobulin V_H gene and DNA fragments containing the gene, wherein the DNA fragment has a specific nucleic acid sequence of about 800 kbp. The human immunoglobulin V_H gene is contained in the fragment of 800kbp and there are novel fifty genes. A DNA fragment containing two or more V_H genes is also provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
