PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving the efficiency of a phosphorescent organic light-emitting element and simplifying a manufacturing process.;SOLUTION: The phosphorescent organic light-emitting element includes: a homogeneous structure made of a host material including at least one phosphorescent guest material; an electron source adapted for providing electrons to the homogeneous structure; and a positive hole source adapted for providing positive holes to the homogeneous structure and combining at least a portion of the positive holes and electrons with the homogeneous structure to create photons through an excitation process.
