PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acclimatization method of micro-organisms capable of effectively treating organic waste without requiring equipment and operation cost so much even at a temperature more than 40C and less than 45C which is generally considered as an undesirable temperature environment for the growth of micro-organisms, and to provide a treatment method of organic waste by means of the acclimatized micro-organism. PSOLUTION: The acclimatization method of micro-organisms is characterized in that the micro-organisms used when organic substances included in waste water is aerobically decomposed are successively and repeatedly exposed to the temperature environment of 40C or less and the temperature environment more than 40C and less than 45C. The treatment method of organic waste is characterized in that, when the organic substances included in waste water are aerobically decomposed by means of micro-organisms, the micro-organisms are successively and repeatedly exposed and acclimatized to the temperature environment of 40C or less and the temperature environment more than 40C and less than 45C and, subsequently, the temperature in a biological treatment tank is kept to be more than 40C and less than 45C.
