METHOD OF REMOVING LEUKEMIC CELL FROM CELLS ORIGINATING IN TESTIS INFILTRATED WITH LEUKEMIA AND REAGENT KIT TO BE USED THEREIN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for completely removing leukemic cells from cells involving the leukemic cells and spermatogonia, and a reagent which is appropriately usable in conducting this method, and also to provide seminal cells of a nonhuman vertebrate obtained by the above method and use of the same. PSOLUTION: A fraction containing spermatogonial stem cells (a spermatogonial stem cell fraction) is obtained from male reproductive cells containing leukemic cells to be tested. Next, a cell fraction, which is non-reactive to both of an antibody against a surface marker not expressed in the spermatogonia and another antibody against a surface marker expressed in the leukemic cells, is obtained from the above fraction.
