PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design system of a die shape anticipating springback by which an objective shape of formed goods is obtained.;SOLUTION: A formed goods model and a die deformation model in which a spring and a damper the strength of which is varied in accordance with the amount of deviation from the target shape of the formed goods after springback which is obtained by analysis are virtually arranged in each part are prepared. The state where the die shape is deformed by the forces of the spring and the damper is analyzed by the finite element method by using the coupled model of the formed goods model and the die deformation model. Next, the shape of the press die is decided by repeating the analysis on and after the press forming process until the amount of deviation is within an allowable value by using the shape of the deformed die.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
