PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic rare-earth magnet powder which is a rare-earth magnet powder subjected to a high-temperature hydrogen heat treatment and has high anisotropy, and to provide a magnetically anisotropic bonded magnet.;SOLUTION: The anisotropic rare-earth magnet powder has been subjected to a high-temperature hydrogen heat treatment, has high anisotropy of 0.65 or higher, and comprises rare earth elements (hereinafter to be called "R") including yttrium (Y) of 11-15 at% in atomic percent, 5-8 at% boron (B), 0-25 at% cobalt (Co), gallium (Ga) and niobium (Nb) 0.01-1.0 at% for each, one kind or two kinds from among zirconium (Zr), vanadium (V), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), silicon (Si), and molybdenum (Mo), with a total of 0.01-3.0 at%, and the remainder of iron (Fe) of unavoidable impurities.
