PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To especially need disaster prevention information at performing disaster prevention activity in an information appliance disaster prevention system, when utilizing earthquake news flash.;SOLUTION: An Internet line is separated from a route from a PC by a router, and pushed into an internet interface of an EAP. Thus, it is necessary for the EAP to have a mail address different from that of the PC. Furthermore, even digital broadcasting or a portable packet is provided with an interface for receiving an "emergency earthquake news flash". This system is incorporated with an earthquake calculating part for calculating an arrival time to the house or the scale of earthquake from the "emergency earthquake news flash" which has been received earliest.
