PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention system by using urgent earthquake news flash securing a life line, such as electricity and gas and regarding falling prevention, such as a furniture fixture as an object, and to provide its device.;SOLUTION: In this disaster prevention system, an earthquake information calculating part 14 calculates the main motion arrival time and the predicted seismic intensity or the like at a position set in a position information setting part 3c by the main motion arrival time and the predicted seismic intensity calculating part 3b, on the basis of seismic source information received with an seismic source information receiving part 3a and position information set in the position information setting part 3c (input of set values and automatic acquisition of position information by a global positioning system (GPS)).
