METHOD FOR FORMING MULTILAYER TYPE MOLD-RELEASE LAYER, CYLINDRICAL MOLD, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEAMLESS TUBULAR ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a multilayer type mold-release layer in which occurrence of local difference in mold-releasing effects is suppressed, a cylindrical mold capable of suppressing a cissing phenomenon or adhesion with a resin even when laminating a new mold-release layer on a mold-release layer deteriorated in mold-release effect to obtain a seamless tubular article free from occurrence of uneven film thickness or holes, and a method for manufacturing a seamless tubular article by using the cylindrical mold.;SOLUTION: This method for forming the multilayer type mold-release layer comprises laminating further a new mold-release layer over an earlier formed mold-release layer on the surface of a substrate, where a pretreatment is made on the surface of the earlier formed mold-release layer at the time of forming the new mold-release layer so that the contact angle with water becomes ≤50° in average and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of contact angles with water falls within 6°. And the cylindrical mold 51 is used for manufacturing the seamless tubular article, and the new mold-release layer is laminated on the surface of the mold-release layer deteriorated in mold-release effect by the forming method of the multilayer type mold-release layer.
