PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denitration apparatus capable of discharging drain in a header so as to prevent a part of ammonia water from accumulating in the header in the liquid state, entering into a denitration reaction column and splashing on a denitration catalyst to damage the catalyst, to provide a denitration method, and to provide an ejector drain discharge device capable of discharging the drain accumulated in the header of the ejector. PSOLUTION: The denitration device (1) is provided with the denitration catalyst (3) and an ammonia spraying device (4) on an exhaust gas flow passage (2a) of the denitration reaction column (2). The ammonia spraying device (4) is provided with the ejector (5) for drawing-in ammonia water to a drawing-in port (5a) by a vapor pressure and delivering it, the header (6) communicating with a delivery port of the ejector (5), a spraying nozzle (7) branched from the header (6) and spraying the ammonia water to the exhaust gas flow passage (2a), and a drain pipe (8) communicating with a lower part of the header (6) and the drawing-in port (5a) of the ejector (5).
