PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating Kuroawabitake (Pleurotus abalonus Han, Chen et Cheng/English name: abalone mushroom) efficiently cultivating good-quality Kuroawabitake in mushroom artificial cultivation of filling a medium in a cultivation jar to cultivate in view of the fact that cultivation technology suitable for Kuroawabitake is not found, and to provide cultivation facilities for Kuroawabitake.;SOLUTION: This method for cultivating Kuroawabitake comprises a process of producing and growing carpophore by Kuroawabitake artificial cultivation. The process comprises managing cultivation air temperature in a prescribed temperature range, and alternately performing cooling and heating so as to repeatedly continuously give cooling stimulation every 1-3 h prescribed time in the temperature range of cultivation air.
