PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame capturing device capable of easily finding a desired frame, and a frame display system.;SOLUTION: The frame capturing device for capturing frames inputted from a network to store the frames in the memory of a data retaining part includes a filter part for filtering the frames; a filter selecting part for selecting the kinds of frames filtered by the filter part; a trigger determining part for determining triggers by which the kinds of frames can be identified; and a trigger selecting part for selecting any of the triggers to be determined by the trigger determining part from the plurality of triggers determined. When determining a desired trigger, the trigger determining part outputs a signal to the trigger selecting part indicating that the trigger to be determined will be switched, and outputs a signal to the filter selecting part indicating that the kinds of frames to be filtered will be switched.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
