PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for thawing/blood-removing frozen salted salmon roe reducing costs through improving the finished color of a salted salmon roe product, improving a yield ratio, and reducing manufacturing time.;SOLUTION: The device for thawing/blood-removing frozen salted salmon roe is structured as follows: a plurality of water spout holes 4, 4, ..., and a plurality of air blowout holes 7, 7, ... are provided at the bottom part of a thawing cleaning tank body 2 whose upper part is open; a plurality of water inlets 6, 6, ... are formed at the side part of the thawing cleaning tank body 2; and a circulation pump is provided in a communication path communicating between the inlets 6, 6, ... and the water spout holes 4, 4, .... so that water at the upper part in the thawing cleaning tank body 2 is sucked through the water suction port 6 via the circulation pump, and also spouted into the thawing cleaning tank body 2 through the water spout holes 4, 4, ... so as to be circulated; and air is blown out through the air blowout holes 7, 7, ... into the water in the thawing cleaning tank body 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
