PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly lift and lower an operation apparatus connected to a traveling machine body in a great rise and fall and to simply and accurately lift and lower the operation apparatus only in a small degree in an apparatus for operating the rise and fall of an agricultural working machine having constitution that the operation apparatus is driven and lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder and a control valve for managing the operation of the hydraulic cylinder is changed by a rise and fall lever to perform an operation from a lifting position to a lowering position.;SOLUTION: A space between a neutral position and a lifting position in the operation route of the rise and fall lever is set at an intermediate operation range for lifting in which the operation apparatus is actuated to rise at a speed different from a standard lifting speed Vus when operated to the lifting position and a space between the neutral position and a lowering position is set at an intermediate operation range for lowering in which the operation apparatus is actuated to fall at a speed different from a standard lowering speed Vds when operated to the lowering position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
