PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency accelerator capable of stably generating an acceleration voltage waveform necessary for restraining a space charging effect in a circular accelerator.;SOLUTION: The high-frequency accelerator is provided with a digital calculator 32 outputting an indication value of a basic wave frequency in the acceleration voltage, that of a harmonic frequency in the acceleration voltage, and a strobe signal showing that each indication value is renewed; a digital oscillator 35a for a basic wave outputting a signal of waveform data in accordance with indication value of the basic wave frequency; a digital oscillator 35a for harmonics outputting a signal of waveform data in accordance with the indication value of the harmonic frequency and that of a phase; and a phase synchronizing controller 34 generating an and-signal of the strobe signal for each indication value and outputting a common strobe signal based on the and-signal into each digital oscillator 35a, 35a.
