PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain which is traditionally used for ceremonies such as a construction-starting ceremony, a Shinto ground-breaking ceremony carried out prior to a construction, wherein a time required for setup and removal is reduced by eliminating binding work with a rope, a plurality of short strings, etc. so as to improve the efficiency of detaching and attaching work, and frequency of soiling is drastically reduced.;SOLUTION: The curtain for the festival is constituted so that the proximal ends of vertically long belt-like hooks 2 are fitted to the rear surface of the upper end edge of a body, the male or female hook-and-loop fastener 4 is integrally formed at the fitting site of the hooks 2, and the other hook-and-loop fastener 5 which has a vertical size larger than that of the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is integrally formed on the side of a free end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
